Items are shipped via FedEx & USPS. Shipping costs will be different based on weight, method of shipping and the shipping zip code.
Orders will be ship within 36 hours, unless your product is clearly marked as backordered. Our operating hours are between 9am and 6pm PST Monday - Saturday.
A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
Because of some restrictions, we may be unable to ship to some countries. If we cannot ship to your country your order will be cancelled refunded and you will notified immediately.
You are responsible for paying and import taxes, duties, or fees levied through the course of your item's delivery.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns
To return an item for refund:
- Email us at customerservice@storename.com and request a Return Authorization Code.
- Send us the unwashed, unworn item you want to return along with a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email and a completed return form within 30 days of delivery.
- You will be refunded for the amount of the purchase (not including shipping fees).
Exchanges
You can exchange unused merchandise (returned in original condition sold) for a replacement item of equal value. Should a replacement item be of greater value than your original order, a customer care representative will contact you for your payment info.
To exchange an item:
- Email us at customerservice@storename.com to request an exchange number.
- Select a replacement item on the return/exchange form included with your delivery.
- Use the return shipping label found on the return/exchange form to mail us the item you want to exchange, along with a completed return/exchange form and a copy of your packing slip or e-receipt, within 30 days of delivery. Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We'll send you your replacement item, and take care of the shipping cost.
